We agree what needs to work better, who is responsible and how the work will be delivered. The approach reflects the assignment: ongoing IT services, an application implementation or a software development project.

Our IT service model
Understand the environment first. Put the right foundations in place. Run the recurring work consistently. Then keep improving what deserves attention. It is a lifecycle rather than a one-time sequence: environments change, so we come back to earlier stages when they do. Business application implementations and software development follow their own delivery models.
01
Understand
We go through your environment, your people and what causes the most friction. You get a picture of what you actually have, which is often the first time anyone has written it down. What we ask of you: a couple of conversations and access to look.
02
Set up
We fix what is urgent, document what exists, and put the basics in order — accounts, access, updates, backups, a security baseline. You get an environment that is known rather than assumed. What we ask of you: a decision on the few things we find that need one.
03
Run
Support, administration, monitoring, patching and licences handled as a routine. You get somewhere to send problems and someone who already knows your setup. What we ask of you: tell us when something changes in the business.
04
Improve
Regular reviews, a plan for the year ahead, and development when standard tools stop being enough. You get a technology plan that fits the business plan. What we ask of you: an hour now and then to look ahead rather than back.

The scope follows the responsibility you need us to take. For some customers, we act as their IT function. Others use us alongside an internal team or for a defined platform or project. In each case, responsibilities, scope and the next step are agreed before work starts.
Support, day to day
You can reach us by email or phone — the details are on our Support page. Support goes to the team responsible for your environment, so the people handling the request already have the context around it. Urgent incidents are prioritised; for everything else, you can see who owns the next step and ask where it stands.
Becoming a customer
The first period is about finding out what you have. It runs in stages.
Inventory — devices, accounts, licences, systems, suppliers and what connects to what.
Documentation — we write down what exists, including the parts that only lived in someone’s head.
Quick fixes — the things everyone had stopped mentioning because they had always been that way.
Security baseline — sign-in, devices, mail and backup brought to a known state.
A plan — what to do next, what to budget for, and in what order.
If you are coming from another provider, we run alongside them where that helps, move administrative access deliberately, and take over on an agreed date.
What you own
Your documentation, your licences, your accounts and your data remain yours. They are registered in your name and kept in a state that can be handed over. Working with us should leave you free to change provider.
Where we use specialist partners
We take responsibility for the areas we are equipped to run well. Where financing, distribution or specialist services such as monitored detection require another provider, we work with partners and make that responsibility clear. If something belongs with a different specialist, we say so early.
Security in how we work
We hold administrative access to customer environments, so how we handle it matters.
Our own accounts use multi-factor authentication, without exception.
Administrative access is granted per person and per environment, and reviewed.
Customer documentation is access-controlled and kept current rather than archived.
When someone leaves our team, their access closes the same way yours would.
Does this sound like what you are after?
Tell us what is going on and we will tell you whether we are the right partner — and what we would do first.
