1.1 Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Several other technologies do the same job in a different way:

1.2 In this document we call all of these similar technology, and the rules below apply to every one of them equally. What matters in law is not the word "cookie" but whether information is stored in, or read from, your device.
1.3 Under chapter 9, section 28 of the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (lagen (2022:482) om elektronisk kommunikation), we may store information in, or gain access to information already stored in, your terminal equipment only if you have given your consent, having been given clear and comprehensive information about the purpose. The only exception is where it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested. Where the information is personal data, the General Data Protection Regulation applies as well, and the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten) supervises that part.
1.4 Nord Node AB, reg. no. 559493-4936, is responsible for the cookies and similar technology on this website.

2.2 We would use analytics or marketing technology only after you had given consent, and we use none today — see section 3. Where we ask for consent, accepting and rejecting are presented as equally easy choices, in line with the guidance the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection issued on 30 April 2025: rejecting must take no more effort than accepting, and no box is pre-ticked.
2.3 Nothing at all is stored on your device when you simply open a page on this website.
3.1 Everything below is a first-party cookie set by Nord Node. Each one is stored only after you have made a choice — none is set merely by visiting a page.

3.2 These are all preference cookies: each one exists because you asked the site to remember something. None of them contains your name or any other information that identifies you, and none is used to track you across websites.
3.3 We currently use no analytics or marketing technology on this website, and we set nothing in those categories. There are no third-party requests: our fonts are hosted on our own server. If we add anything in those categories, we will ask for your consent first and this table will be updated at the same time.
3.4 We keep this table current. Where a third-party provider sets something on your device, that provider's own privacy information applies in addition to ours.
4.1 Because everything in section 3 is strictly necessary and set only by your own choice, there is nothing you need to consent to today, and nothing to switch off.
4.2 You can remove any of these cookies at any time by deleting cookies for this website in your browser settings; how to do so depends on the browser. The site will then simply ask again the next time you choose a language or a theme.
4.3 If we later add analytics or marketing technology, we will ask for your consent before it runs, and a Cookie settings control will appear at the bottom of every page so you can change or withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing will always be as easy as giving it, and withdrawing does not make earlier processing unlawful.

5.2 This policy covers nordnode.se. Nord Node's customer portal is a separate service, provided to customers under their agreement with Nord Node. It uses only cookies that are necessary to sign in and to operate the portal.
