We agree a standard configuration for each role, so buying becomes a decision made once. We source the equipment, configure and enrol it before it ships, and it arrives ready to use. Then we keep it updated, protected and inventoried, replace it on a plan rather than when it breaks, and retire it securely. If you would rather pay for each device over an agreed period than buy it outright, we arrange that through our partners.

The onboarding form is submitted. That one form is the only thing anyone has to do.
Friday
A laptop arrives at the office — enrolled, configured to the company standard, encrypted, with the right applications installed. The Microsoft account, licence and mailbox were created from the same form. Access to Teams, SharePoint and the business system matches the role.
